The next day, I checked the exact same painful area.

When I pressed on the tissue near my heel, it was definitely less painful.

Did all the pain disappear?
No.

And honestly, that surprised me.

Simple Topical Directions

• Apply a small amount directly to the sore area
• Massage gently into the skin
• Use 2 to 4 times daily

You do not need a huge amount.

A light coating is enough.

One of the things I have learned over the years is that some of the simplest remedies are often overlooked.

Easy to find.
