Heart Failure in Dogs: 3 NEW Holistic Treatments
Dr Jones’ Book..
Heart Failure in Dogs can be very difficult to treat, but there are 3 ‘new’ holistic treatments you should be considering. All 3 can help your dog, and also even work if your dog is on conventional heart medication. PLUS you get to meet this cute little Pug…Griffin
A special Thanks to Collin and Carla of https://www.emptycupmedia.ca/ who are giving my video tips and letting me use their dog Griffin 🙂
Remedies discussed in the video
1. Dandelion Leaf tincture; 1/2ml/20lbs twice daily
2. Coenzyme Q- 1mg/lb daily
3.CBD tincture: 1mg/10lbs twice daily
Thank you! Does the Dandelion Leaf Tincture have to be alcohol free? Struggling to find in the UK

I was on coq1o and Hawthorne berry for my 16 yr old kitty with a murmur but he had to have emergency hernia surgery with strangulated colon that 3 days later lead to heart failure. I think he may have passed a clot and survived. It was terrifying. Now he’s on lasix and fursemide…I just refuse to believe the heart can’t heal. But now I’m so scared. I didn’t want him on these dangerous meds but I’m scared to take him off
So sorry you both went through that. If he’s in heart failure, the furosemide is often helping keep him stable right now. I wouldn’t stop it suddenly. The goal is to support the heart while giving his body the best chance to recover.
