Kristen Lindsey, a Texas veterinarian, killed a neighbor’s cat with a bow and arrow in April 2015. She was found guilty of various ethics violations, and is allowed to practice ‘on probation’ until Feb 2020. She applied to have her ‘sentence’ reduced, but was denied by the Texas Supreme Court.
