  1. What an amazing site! Giving people information that will help them and their pets has probably saved so much suffering in pets and anguish for their owners. Well done!

If you have addressed this already just delete it, but I’d like people to know that zithromax (sp?) has worked like a miracle for kittens with common upper respiratory infections in which amoxi drops were normally prescribed. Response time when I’ve used it was about 24 hours and I’ve seen none of the side effects of amoxi drops. And no more pink sticky kittens!

Something I’ve noticed in the past decade is that vets will take your pet ‘into the back’ to do something like draw blood, not telling the client they also intend to do other procedures such as using a needle through the abdominal wall to take a urine sample. This was without permission and in multiple clinics. Never again will I allow my pet to be taken ‘in the back’ to be ‘properly restrained’ for anything such as a blood draw. Anything they can restrain my pets for can most likely be helped by a pet comforted by its owners presence.

Thanks for this site! I look forward to learning
    :).
