  1. I have a 13 year old Yorkshire terrier for the last 4 years see has had food allergies..I bought royal canine veterinary hypoallergenic dog food. She still bitting at her skin. She has all her fur gone.
I have applied castir oil.took her off apoquel. Stated her on your vitamin supplement Bioactive Quercetin 60 mg. She has been on ot for 1 week. Still scratching.
I made her food , she was eating it and won’t eat it any more. I even had her on food that had horse meat I didn’t like that.
I am at my witts ends.
What can I do to help her. It isn’t mange either.
    What do you suggest.

    1. You can get a test done to see what if any food allergies your dog has. It’s pricy but an option. I make my dog food with rice instead of oats or wheat products. It seems to help. I was rotating the meats but it seems that red meat is now the best option for dogs. My dog is allergic to salmon so I now eliminate fish oils from his vitamins & supplements. You might try that in your dogs next batch of food. I use the recipe on this website & rotate the vegetables. If that doesn’t work, I would try replacing the eggs (ask the vet for best substitutions). I also now mop my floors with this product: Aunt Fannie’s Ultra Concentrated Floor Cleaner Vinegar Wash, Multi-Surface Solution For Mopping. It doesn’t have all the harsh chemicals. He still has hay fever but at least he isn’t constantly scratching & licking himself raw. Good luck.

  2. My dog was born with tummy issues, much worse since we relocated. He goes between vomiting, diarrhea and pure mucus bowels. If I made this recipe would I need to leave anything out if I’m adding your Ultimate Canine supplement? Thank you.
