  1. What natural remedy’s are there for cushings in dogs.
I have a 14 year old that we rescued about 8 months ago and he appears to have the signs of cushings.

  2. hello
my dog is 5 years old and she’s suffering from cushing’s disease, i’m currently giving her vetoryl 30 mg with hepatosil forte to support her liver, if i want to start on calming treats that has L-teanine and another treat that has curcuma and tumric, should i combine all, or should i take off the vetoryl and hepatosil forte? I have another question, is there a surgery i can check to help her, these medications are a headache and I’m not witnessing any progress on her anxiety levels or her weight, they only help with excessive drinking and urinating.

Would you recommend adopting another dog? I feel part of her anxiety/ stress is because i live alone and stay away from her for 8-9 hours (During work).

I’d really wish for an answer, as it literally breaks my heart to see her suffer!

    thank you! <3

    1. You can keep giving Vetoryl and Hepatosil Forte while adding calming treats with L-theanine and turmeric—just introduce one at a time and monitor for any side effects. Don’t stop prescribed meds without your vet’s guidance. Surgery (like adrenal gland removal) may be an option in certain cases, but it’s complex and depends on the type of Cushing’s. As for adopting another dog, it could help with her anxiety, but make sure she’s ready and it won’t add more stress.
